Have used them several times for Nikon cameras. Very good and prompt service with the equipment being sent direct from Japan. In the case of Nikon equipment, they give their own three year guarantee.

I've bought two cameras through Panamoz, both arrived safe and well, they also offer a 3 year warranty which I've never tested.

Yes. Bought 3 lenses from them. They gave me a further discount just because they initially got my post code wrong, but was corrected before dispatch. Got the items in around 5 days after the order.

I just bought my R5ii from them arrived quickly.... Great service, was surprised as there wasn't any UK stock even if I had wanted to spend an extra £1000

Bought my Sony A7iv from them and a Sigma 85mm f1.4 Art.
18 months old the shutter disintegrated.
If I had bought this in the UK the 12 month warranty would have expired. Panamoz provides their own 3 year warranty so I got in contact.
I was advised to send the camera to Sony for repair and when I got the estimate I should send it to them and they would reimburse.
I received the estimate after teatime one day and emailed it across approximately 8pm.... 6am the following day I received an email saying the amount had been paid directly into my bank account.
ALL my future large purchases will be through Panamoz.
