I bought my R5 through them & when I ordered an EF lens later on they contacted me to make sure that it was the EF model I wanted and not the RF. The camera was supplied with a UK manual and charger lead in the sealed camera box. Both deliveries arrived sooner than estimated with no issues regarding customs/duty etc.

I would have preferred to use a proper UK based source, but the saving was far too big to ignore to the extent that I wouldn't have bothered getting a new camera if I had to pay the UK price.

I bought my R5 MKI from Panamoz, arrived in about four or five days.  With a three year warranty.

One of my customers had a fault with his R5 which the Canon firmware bricked his camera.  Canon quoted around £700 to fix and Panamoz put the money in his account within about two hours of receiving the quote.
