An interesting Instagram change?

I've not had any removed - just had my account restricted to followers only until I deleted images.

Pity they can't concentrate on the steady stream of follow requests with links to OF porn instead.
But that makes money.

I've got away with posting some pretty racey content on IG... primarily because I attend events with lots of models in attendance.  Page is located at http://www.instagram.com/selectmodelevents

When I post to Instagram, my post automatically goes on Facebook too. Last week I had an image removed from Instagram (even though there was no nipple show or sexuality). However it was not removed from Facebook which I find weird given that both sites are Meta! Talk about total inconsistency.

As a Mac user I have easy access to unfettered generative AI, so creating Instaspam-safe versions of racier images would be no challenge at all. My advice would be to follow what the top models on OF do and use Meta's platforms to drive traffic elsewhere. Whether that works or not as a photographer I have no idea.

I’m wondering if Halloween has anything to do with any lax moderating by meta at the moment. Key American holiday. More gore, blood posts than usual, women in sheer and influencers that need to push Halloween stuff.

I’m in my ‘spooky season’ flow right now and surprised nothing has been flagged.

I’ll have no doubt spoke too soon.

This morning, one of my images was removed from a post, though the post itself remains intact. I believe I fully complied with Instagram’s regulations, so the removal is both frustrating and confusing. 🤷‍♀️
