After reading a couple of threads about models, rates, value, etc I was wondering if anyone had read "Pricing Beauty" by Ashley Mears?
I am currently 2/3rds of the way through it and it discusses in great detail the life of a fashion model and particularly an agency model. The book goes into detail the different genres such a model can work in and the rates they can expect. From low paid but high esteem jobs to well paid but restrictive work. It's an interesting read and given the book was released in 2012, I'm wondering how much is relevant today?
