You've just done it on here.....open a studio account and develop it from there would be my suggestion.

Dot the Is and cross the Ts legally, butter up the neighbours if you don't have a huge driveway, open a studio account, get good photos of the space and the gear, book some models and get someone other than yourself to use the space for free to shoot them, on the condition they tag you and let you use the photos.
