Models: art-nude models: The supply of art-nude models: retention, and recruitment of new ones

In another thread members noted that there seem to be fewer new art-nude models starting, and that although many good art-nude models past, say, 30 are still shooting and are a joy to work with, eventually they grow tired of it and or leave for various reasons.

And that there seem not to be a corresponding number of new young entrants replacing them.

Art nude is a classification imprecise in its nature, one member specified he meant "naked chicks on rocks" which tends to fit for me, where "naked chicks on beds" less certainly would* - overlapping with glamour etc.  "Monochrome and an urn" is half joking. We tend to know when we are or are not seeing it.

So:-

Are we obsolete, and shall dwindle away?

Are there things we should do to retain models who like art nude work, and are good at it, and which not enough or all of us are doing; and things to not do?

Are there things which could, should, be or are not being done to ensure young adults know ond of the things they could do is art nude modelling?

Are recruits being driven away?

Are there lots, but they are somewhere else?

Is there a form of words ideal for suggesting to an interesting stranger that they might like to take off their clothes and go in front of a camera?

Do Jaffa Cakes need to be overtaken by another tasty snack, cake or biscuit?

* although Corbet managed it.

Women who want to do nude modeling are making lots of money on Onlyfans these days and have 100% decision where they do the shoots.

I thought I'd do a bit of analysis on how I've recruited new models and retained existing ones. Retention is easy: pay the going rate and offer regular work. I have 1 model from RAM and another from a now defunct modelling site. A third model was found on Facebook. Then I have 2 ladies who have been recommended by friends. Most recently, my models have come from an art group that I attended though that group has had to fold. I suggested to the organiser that we might work together with one of the models but, in the event, the organiser fancied the job herself and recommended her daughter as well as putting me in touch with the model I had in mind. All 3 ladies had met me before so there were no safety concerns. There seem to be plenty of potential models on Facebook and I suppose Instagram is the same. I could also approach the models at an art group I attend regularly.
