Starnow had gone from being my go to casting tool to a piece of rubbish to put it politely. Thankfully I was on the free tier. Given the way the "upgrade" was implemented I'd be very surprised if the project wasn't done by an outsourced overseas developer and that Backstage have no internal technical resource.
