I have a couple of pictures of me in a private album. I share it with models if they request it.

Allan just interested, I have no view but since you support this idea where is your current self portrait?
There is no spot on the profile for it, hence no image, hence my post about it.
What a cop-out! You're creative, so make one. Maybe in your notes, maybe uploaded to an album so it's clearly apparent.
And linkifying some of the previous responses:

Have you ever stopped to wonder why so many models and photographers operate under pseudonyms?
I know many models who do and for various reasons, number one being safety. I take it you are also aware that many access this site who are not creatives but predators, this could be a step in getting them off the site, ever think of it that way?
Funnily enough yes I have - as have most of the others members here - as I've been involved in photography since the 1970's and it's been "debated" a thousand times before.
The huge and overwhelming majority of people who use the internet have the common sense to realise that adding their personal info to profiles in the form of names, addresses, photos, telephone numbers or anything else is an insanely stupid idea which will have repercussions for them personally. Nor will it stop so-called 'predators', who will simply have more ammunition to abuse. Obliging members to add more ID to their profiles would simply close the site.
