My VIP subscription has ran out. I clicked on the links thats supposed to take you to the upgrade page but all it says is cancel my subscription.

this is what I'm sent to?? theres no option to upgrade.

You are currently subscribed to PurplePort via PayPal.

You have setup a recurring auto-renewal subscription for PurplePort using your PayPal account.

If you wish to cancel your subscription, please click the button below.

Upon cancelling, the recurring payments will stop, but you will not lose any pre-paid subscription days already on your account.


If I selected auto renew would it have not just renewed automatically? I know last year I used the just pay by card option in PayPal.

it should state your expiry date above the auto subscribe I believe? If it has already expired the auto renew must have failed because it looks like you are no longer a VIP. Did you get a new card this year or change approved bank account with Paypal?

The upgrade button bottom rhs of the big box has to be clicked once you've chosen 1 month or 12 months, if they don't show click it anyway and see what happens.
