I never used this feature before but today I suspected an account to be fake and I used it on their image but all the results were in Russian (I presume) I tasted it on my own images and it was the same.
Would it be an option to have Google image search instead please?
I suspect you're talking about the Google Chrome option to search for an image, which has nothing to do with this site—it's built into your browser. You can, of course, use any application you wish on images.

I used the feature and got both Russian and English.
If you suspect it fake it's probably better you contact admin.

Thanks but that’s a separate issue which I will contact admin about. My post was about this site feature and I would have thought it would use something more standard like Google search as opposed to something in Russian
I don't know how good it is these days, but Google's image search wasn't the best option some years ago, with alternatives like Yandex and Tineye regularly finding things that Google did not. This probably explains why PP use what they do.
It would also guide whether it should be changed.

Google have crippled thier image search so it no longer works well on images of people.

I was about to say the same thing. If the image being searched for shows much skin then Google won't find it. Yandex does perform much better in this context, but isn't ideal of course.
Aren’t there any alternatives in English. I’m not sure wether it’s because I’m using phone but when I search for any images all texts are in Russian
I've just searched for your cover image using the image search on the grey cog, and all my results were in Russian too.
Searched by holding / right click the image and then the Search with Google and it was in English, but more generic with links to BBC articles etc
Yes so my original issue still stands that the feature the site offers result in searches all in Russian
Yandex is Russian owned, so it tends to pull up a lot of results from other Russian sites such as vk.com, photoforum.ru...
I picked a random current fpi and got mostly Russian results of "similar images".
Google's image search used to be good but is hopeless now it's "Google lens".
Maybe Tineye works better (I've not tried it) but it looks like there's a Chrome extension that should make searching simple.
I’m familiar with google images and Tineye and have no issues with using them. My comment was about the site feature that results in Russian as opposed to English! That’s all! I can assure you all that I know how to do a reverse image search
I have no idea why Yandex uses Russian for you and not for others. That's beyond our control.
We stopped using google image search when google crippled it and made it next to useless.
