URGENT - Female model for head & shoulders clothed shoot (Buxton, Derbyshire)

I am looking for a female model aged 30-40 approx. to model for a set of clothed head and shoulder images against a white background. The images are for the header images for a cosmetic clinic website. The lady must be presentable with nice hair and make-up, no tattoos above the chest and no piercings other than for discrete earrings.
Her hair to be fashionably medium to long in length, well cut, and a natural colour, preferably brunette or dark blonde.
The work should take no longer than 1 hour, probably far less. The model is to be able to pose as though she has a severe migraine/headache and then shots showing the transition to looking radiant and happy.
The model is to provide a selection of blouses, jackets etc. for the shoot to enable me to choose a business-like/professional look for the model.
I can make a small payment for time and travel expenses and the owner of the London based clinic has offered a free Botox treatment for the model as well.
The shoot must take place in Buxton, Derbyshire, before Christmas week.
