Female model needed

Due to a last minute cancellation, I am looking for a female model to shoot a concept of jeans (for a photography competition) down to lingerie (negotiable).  The location is in Low Fell in an address with an beautiful old England style front room, and bedroom of which the windows have exceptional designs on.  I only have access to this address from the 10th till the 12th, and so the notice is short.  I can do pickups from Newcastle Central station, or areas close to that.  It would be a shame to miss out on using this location, so I am also open to ideas to make any shoot as mutually beneficial as possible.
