Jack Vettriano Recreations

I have been debating for some time the possibility of recreating Jack Vettriano paintings as photographs, and have now decided to put a casting call out to gauge initial interest.

I'm looking at two potential styles; his lighter although sometimes sombre beach paintings, and then his "darker side." Some mood boards with ideas for both are below:

The idea would be to try to recreate these in either the style of the era in which they have been painted, and or perhaps with a modern day spin on them in terms of fashions, locations etc.

I would be looking for male and female models, and both would need to be comfortable working with their opposites, particularly if we were to pursue the darker theme. Make-up artists, stylists etc would also be welcome to help with these Vettriano recreations.
