Welcome to my Tethered Shoot casting! 

We are now taking bookings for the next few weeks. We can accommodate any time of day so if work is in the way, not a problem! 

With the world still in chaos and the UK in yet another lockdown, J Black Photographic and I will now be offering remote shoots! You get the chance to shoot some gorgeous images, just for you and you can style the entire shoot as you normally would. We can do a range of styles so if there is something you want to try, get in touch! 

What is a tethered shoot?

A tethered shoot just means you control my camera remotely! I will link my camera up to my laptop and share my screen with you via Zoom, with digicam software, I will give you control of my screen which enables you to press the shutter button (giving you copyright) as well as alter any camera settings you wish. All images will then be sent to you via dropbox link after the shoot has finished! I will provide a Nikon D750 as well as all my backdrops and lighting (full Elinchrom kit, speed lights & various attachments & multiple lenses to use as well if needed)! Simply let us know in advance what style of lighting you would like and we can have it set up for you  

You don't need anything besides a laptop/computer, zoom and a comfortable place to sit. A mobile phone/tablet will NOT work. You will be able to direct the shoot like you normally would and we will of course discuss themes, clothing & props etc prior to the shoot

Just tell me/us a day & time that suits you! 

My set rate for this is £100 for 2 hours up to art nude or if you would prefer assistance J Black Photographic will act as your eyes & hands, quickly adjusting lights, lenses, positions etc you can book us together for a bargain price of £140! That includes me (shooting to art nude), all of the camera & lighting equipment & John to run around for us making everything run so much smoother!

Although working with a relatively small space, you'll be surprised at what can be created. Further down are examples of images captured in my home plus this album shows more!

Creative Concept Shoots

If you would like to create some of the stunning work myself and John did last year, we are offering creative concept shoots, starting with our newspaper shoot. (Enquire about other concepts you've seen us create!) It will be styled differently and will have an entirely different feeling to it, but the concept will be the same! This creative concept shoot will be £190 for 2 hours & will include John on hand for assistance. This takes hours to set up!
