Autumn/Winter: the bouncy-bendy model not stopped by the weather! New locations on my radar & pandemic safety management

Following a latest series of events cancelled for my planned autumn/winter schedule (it was looking okay, but things change; and we can but do our best to work around the situation) I have taken the opportunity to seek out yet more sublime locations and theme possibilities for location work in the coming weeks. Which, with the ever-switching guidelines across localised areas; is looking like the most probably means of being able to continue working. 

STOP! I know what you're thinking... 
"But Keira, there is a risk of bad weather over the winter and no guarantee of sunshine?"

So you can guarantee me sunshine every day in the summer months can you? :P Without realising; we crack on and just deal with it all year round. It's a national hobby for us to whinge about the weather... Yet some of my best work has come from working outside from October to February/or abroad in freezing countries. For e.g.

A photographer recently suggested that maybe I have viking blood? Or perhaps I'm just well prepared and kinda hardy too! :')
Wrap yourself up warm, bring gloves so your hands stay snug and something to maybe protect the camera and we're good!

*Winter light is soft and lovely, autumn colours are rich and vibrant... Did you know you're less likely to bump into spectators too?* ;)

Gorgeous panoramic Pennines walk, huge rocks scattered all around and a tower you can climb up
perfect for something highly themed/ethereal... Or even nudes as you can see people coming for miles

 
Secluded woodland trail surrounded by natures beauty plus epic water features (the picture doesn't show the size of falls fully.
One direction of the circuit for cute little footbridge & old stone railway arch later on, other direction for waterfall easy accessible on all levels. 

Abandoned lonely farm building standing above stunning hill views and reservoirs in the background (some accessible/disused too!)
Part of the same trail as the tower monument shown above so easily done in the same trip/hike.

One of the highest points overlooking Halifax!
Opportunities to shoot in thick wood on the way up to the beacon, plus various backdrops to be had once there.

And my location catalogue doesn't stop there to be honest... If you came to shoot with me for a full day I can guarantee we could fill another full day with the places we didn't make it to!
