Hi, I have dates available to shoot remotely.  

Remote Shooting

With just 4 simple requirements, you could be conducting a photoshoot whilst safely isolating and social distancing during the lockdown.  From the comfort of your own home and from anywhere in the world.

All you need is:

1. Wi-fi✓

2. Computer✓

3. Mic and speaker✓

4. Zoom Video Conferencing✓

WI-FI

The whole system is dependent on us being able to connect using wi-fi.  Therefore you will need to be connected to a reliable wifi network.

COMPUTER

I have tested shooting tethered with a smartphone, a tablet, Android, iPhone and iPad.  The conclusion is, for full access and control of all the best features you will need to be using a laptop or desktop computer, Mac or Windows.

MIC AND SPEAKER

Most laptops and computers have a built-in microphone and speaker which is totally sufficient for our photoshoot.  If you have headphones with a mic attached, that will work fine too.  

ZOOM VIDEO CONFERENCING 

Zoom is a popular video conference service that will allow you to join a meeting with me over the internet. You will need to register for a free Zoom account, then download the software onto your laptop or desktop.  For our photoshoot, I will receive a meeting ID to connect with me, I will then appear on your screen via Zoom.  This is where the magic begins :-)

​THEN WHAT?

Once we are connected, the rest of the technical set up is down to me.  I will click a few buttons, then BINGO!  Over to you.  From your screen, you will have full control of the main camera settings such as aperture, ISO, shutter speed, AF point, white balance, etc. You will need just a few moments to familiarise yourself with the features. I will guide you through it with a briefing, rest assured, you will get to grips with it very quickly because you already know the manual settings of a camera which will now be available on your screen alongside the live view of the camera in my studio. You can then fire the shutter button for a couple of test shots and we're off to a fine start.

As with any photoshoot with me, we will collaborate on ideas, styling, backdrops and lighting setups.  We can shoot portraits, fashion, art nude, lingerie, it could be edgy or moody, perhaps glamour or boudoir, use props, accessories and jewellery, the choice is yours.  Discussing and sharing the process along the way, I’ll be modelling for you, posing and taking direction and generally assisting around the studio.  But, you make your own coffee :-)
