Hair stylist for styled glamour portraits & boudoir shoots

Hello there lovely hair stylists,

I'm looking for a female hair stylist to work with me on my boutique styled portraits & boudoir shoots from my home studio in Worcester (WR4 0TA, just by junction 6 on M5). I have a young MUA assisting me but I was thinking of having a dedicated hair stylist too. For the shoots we mainly need soft curls & volume or a messy romantic bun whenever possible. Things obviously get a little bit more tricky for a client with very short hair or unruly hair :) This is when me & MUA panicked a little bit and decided we require someone else to join our little team. I have attached a picture with example hair styles for reference, just to give you an idea what we are after. 

Ideal candidate: needs to be able to work with different hair types and lengths and have insurance as well as outgoing personality and focus on customer service. I'm happy with someone just starting out as long as they had some training that allows them getting insured. I have some styling tools already (several curling wands, a couple of straighteners and a crimper) - they may come in handy.

Start date and frequency are difficult for me to predict as I'm myself a fledgling  business, transitioning from portfolio building to setting up the business side of things. Just got my first booking and first enquiries (quite unexpectedly) so I guess it's time to start market myself out there. Sessions would be either in the evenings during the week or any time during weekday (hopefully this will change at some point). We would need to have a way fo sharing calendars or at least setting up possible time slots 1 - 2 months in advance (my general rule is to book min 3 weeks in advance so the client can build the shoot with me during a consultation and then prepare in terms of shopping, beauty prep timeline etc). 

Payment - negotiable. One selected photo will be given for your portfolio (you will be able to post it on social media/ website only if a client signs a model release). I can also provide help with graphics, photos, website building tips, host your blog post with links to your website & social media to help your SEO as part exchange if this arrangement suits you.
