Tues, 3 Sept 7pm - 10pm, Stockport – Portraiture: Sandwich Lighting

I run regular group events and workshops at my studio in Stockport. (www.ians-studio.co.uk).  I am looking to book a model for the following event.

Tuesday, 3 September 2019, 7pm - 10pm : Portraiture: Sandwich Lighting

Pay offered: £50 + Images
Levels: Clothed

The purpose of this workshop is to teach photographers different lighting styles for portrait photography.  I am looking for a model who can do her own hair and make up.  Preferably with a classic look. The ability to quickly change her look (outfit and hair) would be an advantage as it will give variety to the images we create.  Priority will be given to a model/character that has interesting outfits (eg pinup, steam punk, burlesque, cosplay).

The booking is subject to having at least three photographers booking for the event.  (Less than three photographers and I don't have enough income from the event to pay you!).

A few things to keep in mind: 

• I cannot pay travel on top of the fees offered so the bookings are probably of most interest to local models
• Please check that you can get to and from the studio for the event.  
• Messages of just "interested" or just "available" are likely to get a one word reply: "No". 
• I am happy to consider new models - but if you don't have much positive feedback I may ask you to do a test shoot first.
• Please read the following FAQ :  http://www.ians-studio.co.uk/modeleventfaq/ It would REALLY help me if you can confirm that you have looked at these FAQs as it will save us both a lot of time later!
• At the event you will be asked to sign some paperwork to acknowledge that those attending the may wish to use images for non-commercial purposes (eg posting online, in portfolios, etc).  This is not a model release and does not permit people to sell the images.
• The booking will be subject to having enough photographers book to be able to run the event.
