Playing statues with Black Beauty - potter's clay shoot

After a highly successful shoot, in which she covered herself in potter's clay, Black Beauty and I have decided to offer an art nude workshop based on this unusual form of makeup.

There will be five sections to the session:

1) Light Application (tribal lines on face, handprints on body, etc.)

2) Bad Hair Day - adding clay highlights!

3) Heavy Application, which will turn Black Beauty into a shiny grey statue

4) Cracking Up - as the clay dries, it will provide a patchy, camouflaged effect, before starting to crack and drop off in flakes

5) The Wash Off (potentially involving two series of images: fun, behind-the-scenes pictures, and serious art nude bodyscapes)

The session will last approximately three hours, and we are open to offers in terms of the number of photographers present, pricing accordingly, and will aim to arrange things to fit in with your calendar. Pricing wil lbe competitive, and reflect the preparation and clean-up work required.

Our initial plan is to offer this at Black Beauty's home, but if you have suitably warm and cleanable space, we will be happy to offer a travelling road show.
