The X Factory is continually improving more props a proper changing room, a huge space for urbex style shooting, three floors of an old factory , superb natural light and if needed power sockets and extension leads to reach most areas
It is available for studio days, one off shoots , minimum 2 hour booking, the rate is £15 per hour for 2019
