I have worked as a model for over twelve years, and as a trauma coach helping people to deal with there own trauma.With something like modelling or photography I often see people project their own trauma on a creative project which tends to stay with them through their creativity.

I offer one to one consultations on helping creatives release trauma, and work through it with that field.As a singer, and actress it can become very easy to get triggered or stuck in past events but I have seen how this work can move through this, and reach a place of peace.This can be seen in the work after these treatments.

I am offering a 45 minute consultations at £35.00, then on-going sessions at £30.00 per hour.
