Model for a workshop March time in Southend. Working on a rising fee basis fee

CONCEPT~This is a little unorthodox but lets see what happens as I like to be different and mix it up a bit.

I am determined to hold studio days at a price affordable to almost anyone and pass on knowledge and experience. These are normally beginners studio lighting courses with one light only as it’s affordable and capable for everyone to achieve.

I am not that interested in taking a large cut myslef just cover the costs and a bit of travel for me but you need paying!

That means that I am trying to keep the cost £80 - £130 for attendees for a 6 hour shooting session.

This is 8 hours for the model including shooting with me initially to build rapport and give me some images this is not for everyone and I understand you may think this low but that’s the deal and not to everybody taste.

As far as your concerned the issue is are you prepared to work for £200 for 8 hours if by chance there are only 4 attendees. (all money is upfront so if they dont turn up they will have paid).

You will get images from the shoot from me at least 20 and possibly some really good stuff from the attendees. My workshops have generated several FPI’s for some attendess who are good photographers in their own right.

HOW IT WORKS~

The deal is this.

Looking for models for 2019:

I need a model working to At least Glamour and Nude levels not implied or topless only and happy working in a studio environment and assisting me posing for lighting set ups.

Looking for a model working with fees for skill not skin.

This probably means your not a pro who makes a living day in day out or that worried about the fees so you probably like my work and want a shoot somehow. If you are a pro and want the gig then happy days.

Therefore I want to try something different and it probably wont appeal to most pro models so thanks for looking, but here it is.

Models normally cost at least £180 so I need around 4 photograhers to cover the costs without cancelling.

I have an alternative idea.

If you feel this suits you or you wish to do it then please let me know and we can discuss further.

If I can find a model willing to work intially for £200 all in and no expenses I can go ahead with any studio day with 4 Photographers.

My ambition will always be to sell it out with 8

In additon the deal is enhanced. I will be working on full capacity but If you help me sell it out your cut rises so your incentive is to help me publicise it and get people on board.

If we got:

4 Photographers You Get £200

5 photographers You Get £230

6 Photographers You get £250

7 Photographers You Get £270

8 Photographers You Get £290

If I get 8 then I will bring in a second model on a fixed rate of £220 for a better experience for the attendees. I will agree in advance who is the main model and who is the 2 nd model if you apply for either. If you do apply with “ interested “ that’s effectively your job interview and my response will be “great”.

If you mention expenses likewise as the deal is perfectly clear.

The more you pitch the more I will listen to you.

I take whats left from any fees.

The more you help me sell out the more you will get as a model so its in your interest to help sell it out.

What do i need from you?

More than 4 References but not necessarily a shed load of experience as my workshops are geared to working with new models in home shoot environment.

If your interested in chancing it then lets discuss the likelyhood of making it happen.

You need to work beauty to nude as most of my workshops end in nudity.

An idication of levels is on my folio it’s clear what I shoot and if you have not looked first shame on you.

You must be able to pull dynamic poses preferably without direction.

You should look stunning in lingerie which probably means your boobs are c or above if I pitch this at glamour but happy to consider anyone.

If your boobs are smaller than c I may pitch this at art nude style so please read carefully.

If I run a nude workshop its normally a full frontal affair and we will discuss it in detail before hand including expecations and styles what’s In The images and all the details.

HISTORY~

To date I have done a number of these succesfully and the last one like this the model got paid for 7 that went ahead.

Equally I have cancelled some so its a bit fickle.

I once had nine photographer applicants and turned one away!

Sometimes I get little response and have to cancel so these are fickle and sometimes its dates and convenience rather than cost that means people cannot atttend which is what happened last year. i cancel with two weeks left if it looks like it wont fill and thats part of the deal with no strings and no fees from you to me.

I dont pay cancellation fees to models as i cancel prudently so this is part of the contract.

FACTS~

The studio costs are fixed so not anything I can do about it as I need it.

I am not worried initially about myself so its all about you!

Things to note.

If I have ever messaged you and requested a shoot time- for or paid and you chose not to respond then you will not be considered for this.( I will check and I keep every message ever sent or received).

I will contact you 5 or 6 days before the shoot if not before and should you not respond i will then start looking for an alternative.

If your not going to be around close to the shoot important you let me know so I manage expectations around responses.

I will give you 3 days to respond and set a date and time and after that date if I have not managed to get you I will assume you to have been non responsive and not interested so it's important you are able to keep me up to speed.

I use what's app nearer the shoot for speed and efficiency so I will want your tel number for dialogue.

Happy to front some expenses to soften the blow.

Most of my workshops end in nude and full frontal and I will want to have an honest and frank discussion around nudity and expectations in candid style including whats on show or not and if you have pubic hair. That way there are no surprises for anyone on the day.

I am also unlikely to consider you if you have limited the levels that you have worked with me on in the past and decide to apply.
