On the 15th of December I will be heading to Scarlet Door Studio, Bracknell to host workshop dedicated to creating stunning headshots & beauty portraits that will give you loads of knowledge and confidence to go out after and produce amazing images and potentially earn money from them!
We will be working through a range of lighting setups, utilising studio strobes, continuous lighting and stitched imaging! The day will cover more than just lighting. We will tackle things that are so often overlooked in photography, such as expression, focal lengths and shooting height, compositional awareness, colour and it's effects on an images mood, working with ND filters in studio as well as some cool tricks involving multiplying your cameras sensor size and creating narrow depth of field portraits for a great cinematic look, using gels to add an inflection of colour, the anatomy of a strong black and white headshot and so much more!
This will be the first of two days of workshops, with the second (on the 16th) focussing on portraiture and fashion. If you would like to book for both days, I can offer a discount on the overall cost.
Our model for both days will be Pippa Doll. I have wanted to work with Pippa on a workshop for a long time, and I am very excite to finally have the opportunity.
I will also be available to shoot headshots of attendees who would like them for their social media, websites or pretty much anything else!
The days will run from 11am, finishing up at 6pm.
The cost of each day is just £120 which is a substantial discount on booking either myself or the model for the equivalent time, let alone the studio as well! Just let me know which day you would prefer!
Confirmation of a place comes with payment of the workshop fee by Paypal.
Places are limited to only 8 per day
Confirmation comes with full payment for the workshop.
Deposit is non-refundable unless the workshop does not go ahead, in which case a full refund will be given.
