Camera club 'portrait evening' shoot/workshop - gauging interest

I've recently been asked to start organising shoots for my local camera club in Banbury, Oxfordshire. The first will be a while away (a couple of months at least) but I'd like to start gathering a list of local models/MUAs/etc who'd be willing to help me out on shoots like this when they do begin, in the new camera club 'season' from late September onwards.

You'd need to make your own way here on an evening or weekend (your preference), and be willing to work with a group of newer and less experienced photographers. Don't worry though - there's always going to be both myself and at least one other experienced portrait photographer there at all times, to both shoot alongside as well, help out the new shooters and help you get the most out of the shoot too.

The styles will be quite varied; mostly in a studio environment but with a range of aesthetics and lighting setups which will be tailored to you. If there's a look you've been dying to try out but haven't had the chance yet, here's your opportunity!

In return, your expenses will be covered and you'll be able to pick from the shots on the night from all the photographers, for your own usage and distribution. I'll also be asking the student photographers for donations on the night which, after the cost of the refreshments/etc, will go to you.

Please let me know if this sort of thing interests you - it may start a new photographer down a portrait path, and you should get some great images from it too!
