Not just another wedding shoot (and stay the night in an amazing hotel in West Wales)

I'm doing a commercial bridal shoot for my client in West Wales next week.
It is on Tuesday the 27th March in Newcastle Emlyn

So - a little bit more about the shoot...

It's for a hotel that isn't just 'weddings, weddings, weddings'. It's a fantastic, original venue based in the heart of Pembrokeshire, close to coast and country.

For the shoot, we would be expecting to shoot two male and female couples, so please expect to be working closely with a model of the opposite sex (so, holding hands, embraced, looking into each other's eyes etc). It will be relaxed and 'fun' (I try to make all my shoots like that!). We will be trying some 'quirky' elements and outfits in addition to some more traditional shots.

We know the location is a bit of a difficult one, so models would be expected to be there by 11am for makeup and hair, and the shoot would be taking place from about 12noon until about 8pm. It's approx 2 hours from Cardiff / 3 hours from Bristol / 3hrs 40mins from Birmingham.

We will be shooting rooms, the grounds, plus there's an option for a few location shots at a nearby waterfall.

Time: 11am-8/9pm
Money/rates : as agreed with model
Age: 25 - 35 (2 male / 2 female)

As the shoot is going to finish a little late, all models would be able to stay the night in the hotel for free.

So - if you are interested - please can you let me know the following asap:

1. your rates for the shoot (inc. travel costs)
2. Ideally 3 recent photos (unedited - as best possible): three quarter length / full length / side (doesn't need to be made up as we can see that from your port)
3. your sizes (if different to your current PP stats)
4. Ensure you are free on the dates and times (allowing for travel)
