National Wedding Fair - Chosen Weddings Promo Shoot

We are on the hunt for models - two male, two female - for a bridal-themed shoot to represent our Chosen Wedding Fair brand. Our award-winning brand has national reach, with shows taking place in Bristol, Cardiff and London.

About Us

Here at Chosen our mission is to bring you a fresh and contemporary event light years away from the ‘generic’ and oversaturated wedding fair world. We work hard to thoughtfully curate each wedding fair so that it showcases both established and newly emerging talent. Ranging from individual hand-makers and designers, to bespoke design houses, ‘alternative’ ideas and unique vintage finds. We don’t do ‘trends’ or define ourselves with labels, we simply bring you beautiful, creative, unique and interesting products and services from our family of handpicked ‘Chosen’ exhibitors. If you are uninspired by the mass produced and corporate offerings in the wedding world then Chosen is for you!

Over the past 5 years we been lucky enough to host and support some of the brightest stars in the industry. We actively seek out interesting and creative businesses and fully believe that the passionate hard working people who we pick to exhibit at each fair offer the best products and services that the marketplace has to offer. Our events are perfect for discerning, free spirited and stylish couples who value individuality, quality and creativity.

About the shoot

Our brand is about freedom, creativity, colour an fun - and this colourful shoot is going to show just that! Taking place at the beautiful Matara Centre, we intend to fill the place with the work of our beautiful Chosen suppliers, with tablescapes, dressing, cake and real wedding set-ups as the backdrop for our shoot. This should will be used extensively across all of our promotion - including our social media pages, our website and in all branding!

The shoot is taking place on May 8th and will likely be all day. We're afraid there is not any flexibility on this date.

There is no payment for this shoot, however reasonable travel expenses will be covered and lunch provided. You will of course also receive the photos :) 

About the models

Our brides and grooms relate to real people that are fun, slightly alternative and accessible. This shoot isn't about the usual 'model' fashion shoots - we are looking to capture fun, real interactions and lots of fun and smiles! Therefore, we are looking for a pair of models that will really look the part, and with the ability to portray real fun, genuine love of life, and who aren't afraid of getting stuck in and loosening up on camera for un-posed shots and can really bring their own personalities to the shoot!

We will consider a real range of different models - as our brides and grooms come in all shapes and sizes! As a (flexible) guide for this particular shoot though, ideally we are looking for:

The Bride:

• blonde or coloured hair (dyed perfectly ok!)
• 5ft 6 or more in height

The Groom:

• Ideally around 6ft tall
• Facial hair a plus!

Some piercings and tattoos are also totally ok for this shoot!
