Hello everyone and thanks for looking at my casting!
So I did something... I made my front room into a sort of studio space! One small draw back is that I live in a terraced house so it's not a massive space (I think it's about 11' square). Full length shots can just about be obtained but it lends itself more to three-quarter/portrait/seated work than a full length shot (especially in heels!). Basically, I did this because I wanted somewhere to be able to shoot as a back up plan if it's cold or raining and to work with people who perhaps struggle to book a model and pay full studio rates. It's not perfect, but it does the job and I'm pretty proud of it!
Equipment includes:
- A white background that can be backlit (it works really well, I've had a play around with it!). It turns around to be a black background and has a green screen cover with a bit that trails on the floor.
- Four studio lights (two for the back ground, two for the model with soft boxes)
- Barn door
- Coloured gels (red, yellow, blue)
- Honeycomb
- Snoot
- Tri-flector and stand
- A frame and clips for hanging your own backdrops from (I have some black material that has worked well for me and I'm hoping to get a white one too)
- Sekonic light meter to help with set up.
- Full set of triggers.
Mt rate to shoot me here is:
- £30/hour
- £100 (half day/4 hours)

P.S. I can offer black coffee and black tea, occasionally vegan friendly biscuits but as I am vegan the one rule is that I don't allow any animal products to be consumed in my house so if you don't like black tea or coffee, then it's water for you! I have strong conviction in my beliefs and ask for that to be respected :)
P.P.S I will only work with people in my home if they have great references. I'm sure you understand that as I will be allowing you into my home and giving you my address, I need to ensure that you aren't a crazy axe murderer/creep!
