I can't log in, help!

Your PurplePort account is registered to your email address so firstly ensure you are using the correct email address.
If you can't remember which email address, you can also use your nickname to login or request a new password.
If you can't remember which email address or nickname then we can remind you. Simply create a support ticket and give us a link to your portfolio and we'll remind you which email address you used.
If you have reset your password but didn't get the email from PurpleBot then please check your spam/junk folders. If the email from PurpleBot is marked as junk/spam please mark it is not-spam so that further emails from PurpleBot don't suffer the same fate.
If you still don't get the password reset email then check with your email provider. Many thousands of emails are sent from PurplePort every day and it's incredibly unlikely that your password reset email isn't being sent. Normally it's instant but do give it a few minutes just to be sure.
If you have reset your password but can't log in make sure your password is correct. Note that passwords are case-sensitive so password, PASSWORD and PaSsWorD are not the same!
If that still fails clear your browser cookies. Click here for an article on the Internet for how to do that in many web browsers.
If you have tried all of the above and it's it's still failing then please create a support ticket and we'll take a look.
