A beautiful cottage with a modern interior, set in a peaceful and private rural location, surrounded by 9 acres of fields and agricultural business. Ideal for Lifestyle shoots.

A private family home suitable for most kinds of photographic shoots. Real wood floors throughout, Floor to ceiling french windows in each downstairs room, leading into a private garden. Large, modern kitchen. Windows on all sides of the house, plenty of natural light. Not overlooked.

Large Master bedroom, with cast iron bedstead and floor length silk draperies. Dressing room with floor to ceiling mirrored wardrobes, beautiful views overlooking fields with horses. Luxurious double en suite, floor to ceiling in travertine tiles.

Garden and property surround is beautifully maintained and very simply designed, quiet and rural. Informal gardens with private, high hedging. Large summerhouse/workroom in garden. Grass areas and paved driveways, two secluded patios and high walls.

Plenty of parking for several vehicles.

We also have access to an old plant nursery with containers and units. Plus a yoga studio.

Discretion is our key word, we welcome everyone, we are available during weekdays, weekends and some evenings. Short or full day shoots available. Please contact us for full details.

We are small so only have room for one photographer at a time indoors.
