Acro isn't what you think it is 🤯

Originally I started because I had back pain and needed to strengthen my core, I then found the challenge of beautiful poses inspiring but the journey since then has taken me places I didn't expect. Tricks are cool, and poses are pretty but there's just so much more that you don't see in a single image.

Trust, intimacy, vulnerability, respect, commitment and community are just a few of the things that make this such a beautiful practice 💖
