Michael approached me for a 2nd shoot. After our 1st shoot with lots of fun and giggles, I said immediately yes. We did varied styles but our style we wanted photos for our portfolios was the 1920s style. So I did my hair and makeup. Despite trains not running on time we got loads out of our studio shoot. Michael has a great eye for the finer details within photography and setup fantastic lighting to the studio all ready for us to work. He's so much fun to work with and can't wait to see the photos. I worked with Michael for the first time recently on tour and had such a lovely time! Michael was super kind to book me for half a day at the stunning Sandon Studio and we had an absolute blast! It was my first time working with Michael during my tour, so I am always a little nervous but from the offset Michael was kind, friendly and FUN!

We explored the vast rooms, themes and sets that Sandon had to offer and I had such fun exploring the vintage gowns, costumes and accessories that I had packed for the shoot. Michael also shared a love of the 1940s onwards and I was in my element! I really LOVE the resulting photos which are pure class and so elegant. I really look forward to seeing further edits and hope we can work together again in the future (I may be back in the spring of 2020! :) )

Second time working with Michael, again on a beauty shoot, but this time with a MUA involved. Michael is always professional, kind, and so so patient (you just have to be for beauty shoots)! He gets the shots we need with precision and speed (again, so important when shooting beauty)! I always know what's going on and what's expected of me thanks to the incredible amount of forethought he puts in.

My first time shooting with Mike - what a shoot, what a guy! He contacted me about doing a half day of excellently creative (ever so gothy) imagery recently, and we organised a trip to Image Red, in Tamworth. Starting with some awesome beauty dish portraits, whipped out the underbust, then headed over the loft space to capture some expressive shots a couple of dresses, got some strong nude shots with the piano, and then we found the guitar. So Mike made me into a rock god! So feckin' fun! Absolutely loved this shoot, and the images look utterly AMAZING.

Mike is a super fellow - friendly, respectful, funny, full of enthusiasm and creative, just brilliant with the camera, and bloody awesome to chat to! Could have happily shot for another day or so, was an epic shoot.

Would highly recommend Mike, he's a top lad!

I literally can not fault Michael: professional, funny, inspired, creative and a great photographer.

Michael booked me for a shoot a few months back, but his pre-comms regarding the location, date and themes were regular and precise. He even went thought my "inspiring images" list to see if there was anything he liked also that we could use as a guideline during out shoot, as well as using pinterest to create a mood board for us both to work from.

We compiled a few themes together, including beauty and art nude flexy shapes, and decided for whatever was left with our time together, we would go with the flow.

Michael was super lovely to meet, he was kind enough to show me around Sandon Studios as I had never shot there, before then deciding how we would begin our shoot. I arrived with my make up already done, so we cracked straight on with our beauty work before working around the house in the different sets. Michael was not only completely respectful to me, but also very respectful to the studio - making sure to remember where each item was before we moved it by taking pictures to replicate them when we had finished.

His photography is beautiful, and he was even kind enough to send over a selection of the images for me to go through and choose my favourites (something I am still yet to finish as I love them all!). It's obvious that Michael has ideas in his mind and knows exactly how to create them. His direction is precise, but he was also willing for me to go with my own flow.

The shoot with Michael absolutely flew by, he was great fun to work with, and the conversation with him flowed so easily. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others, and I look forward to working with him again in the near future.

Second shoot with Micheal and I can’t recommend this guy enough.

He collected me from the station and we shot at Sandon Studio.

Micheal was on time and friendly as ever, making me feel comfortable from the get go!

We shot for 4 hours and in that time we shot a huge range of styles and I’m so happy with the images I saw on the back of the camera.

I can’t wait to see the final images and to work with this wonderful photographer again.

Michael and I set up a shoot months in advance and there was lots of anticipation to say the least! We worked side by side over that time to plan out two completely unique and avant garde makeup looks to flex my skills. When we finally got to the studio, it all came to fruition. Michael was excellent at letting me do my thing and get the makeup as close to perfect as possible, and even better at capture the look I had created on camera. The shots blew me away even when they were unedited, but the edits are coming out so much better (how is that possible!) Great job Michael, it was really lovely working with you and looking forward to doing so again soon!

I came away from my shoot with Micheal absolutely beaming - I had such a great time.

Micheal’s pre comms where fantastic, we had a Pinterest board set up with poses, outfits and makeup ideas and it gave me a clear idea on what we would be trying to create.

I would recommend Micheal to any model with any level of experience, he’s deligjtly polite and just so easy to get on with.

I have no doubt that I will be working with him in the future and I can’t wait to see the images that we have created.

Had my second shoot with Michael last Saturday at Sandon Hall and I must say I was as delighted with the shoot as I was the first time around.

Michael is an amazing photographer, and a lovely person too! Loved his inspiration ideas... absolutely right up my street 100%! And loved how we put our own twist on them to make them individual.

The time just flied yet again (as it does when you enjoy yourself!) we had so much fun and we shot so many different locations and looks. I’m excited to see the images and the ones on the back of the camera looked incredible!

I would 100 million percent recommend any model to shoot with Mike, he’s a lovely person to know and an amazing photographer!

Looking forward to shooting again in the new year 😊

Had an incredible first shoot with Mike!

Pre comms were perfect. We used a studio in Tamworth which has a fab loft with plenty of natural light.

I had my second shoot with Michael yesterday, I was really excited to work with him again after a fabulous first shoot. Michael arrived on time and we expected to head out onto location but unfortunately the weather had other ideas. We shot at mine in my bedroom and bathroom and managed to create some pretty awesome shots!

Michael was pleasant, professional and friendly throughout the shoot. He’s easy to talk to and the time flew by, I’m really glad I got to work with Michael again and I could see his photography had improved from our first shoot over a year ago. He’s very good at what he does and has a passion for it.

I can 100 % recommend and Hope to work together again soon,

I had the most amazing shoot with Michael! The pre coms were excellent and we already had a great handful of ideas before we shot, Michael made me feel so comfortable from the start and taught me some stuff on 80s music! (I am normally a queen on 80s! ) we started with some portraits where Micheal gave me the direction when I needed it and showed

Me the shots we were getting so I knew what was working and what wasn’t. We then shot some natural light stuff and I am so excited to see the outcome! We did a few different sets with Micheal having some great input on my ideas definitely improving them :) we shot for about 4 hours and I would have happily shot for another 4 more as I was having such a great time!

I’m really excited to work with Micheal again and I hope everyone gets the chance to work with him at least once :) x

I had such an incredible shoot with Michael at image red studio in Tammworth. Prior to the shoot pre-communications were great and Michael was clear about what he wanted in terms of shoot style / inspiration etc. This made things so much easier when preparing for the shoot.

When I arrived at the studio we had a coffee and a chat and I felt right at was as Michael is a very humble and friendly person and very conscientious and easy to get along with.

We started shooting in the studio downstairs for the first set and BOOM, first pic was a great barometer for the rest of the shoot, lighting / composition / everything was on point straight away! :)

Michael has a great energy about him, which makes the shoot so much more fun and the time just flew by! The pics we got on the loft where there was an abundance of natural light were something else!... the huge windows and character just helped us to create so much variety and contrast to the shoot.

Really looking forward to shooting with Michael again! He’s such a lovely person and fantastic to work with!

Would I recommend Michael to shoot with?.... absolutely YES!!!! We had a great synergy and look forward to seeing what we create next month :)
