I'd been wanting to shoot Maleficent for a while, and our initial attempt was delayed due to things outside our control, but we got there in the end. I'm very glad that we did!

Pre-comms were excellent and very collaborative. Maleficent borrowed some latex specially for the shoot and we made best use of it with several different sets in Fareham Studio. Mal is very easy to work with, yet totally professional with it. We shot tethered throughout and modified and improved things as we went along. The only problem now is trying to make a final selection!

Thank you Maleficent - definitely and thoroughly recommended!

I booked Maleficent for the first time as part of my Myths and Goddess art series I have been working on. where she was to help bring Pandora and her box of trouble to life so we could tell her story in art, with makeup by Ayeesha and props and costumes specially created for the shoot. she was a real pleasure to work with and really helped me to capture the images I had envisaged to create the art works I am planning to tell her story. her poses and expressions were spot on and really captured the emotions I wanted for the pieces I am planning to create for my series, I would highly recommend Maleficent to photographers of all levels, looking for great experienced model who gives 100% and will deliver time and time again helping you capture great images and is fun to work with too. Thankyou again Maleficent for being part of my project and will look forward to showing you the finished art works and hope to work with you again on another project in the near future.

Recently had the pleasure of shooting with Maleficient at my studio/apartment in Brighton. This shoot had been a long time coming as I recall having first tried to arrange something last year but we couldn't make it work in the calendar.

Mal was very co-operative in pre-comms and tolerated several potential shifts of venue until finally settling on Brighton.

The shoot itself was excellent with Maleficient's iconic look working very well within my apartment. Unfortunately, it was a very grey cloudy day and light was at a premium but fortunately Mal's style works well in that context.

I found Mal easy to work with and easy to talk to and the in our 4 hours we worked through several great sets as well as taking time out for breaks.

I would definitely recommend Mal. She is a pleasure to work with.

This was the second time we have had a photo shoot together, this time at her flat/studio near Canary Wharf. The views from her 19th floor flat are breath taking. The theme for the shoot was Gothic and Mal had a good selection of outfits to wear. She is a very experience model with plenty of poses to suit this theme. I would certainly recommend her.

Finally got to work with Maleficent! We had planned to shoot at the start of 2024, but we both had to rearrange shoot dates and I'm glad I saw the last place available at her studio day at Neon Dreams so we finally did get our first photoshoot done.

Maleficent is a great model to work with. Funny, great at posing, always offering ideas for outfits from what she has and hardly an direction as you just let her go into a flow of poses and you're going to get great images. Definitely a model I would hope to work with again be it in person or remotely.

I booked Maleficent on her recent studio day at Neon Dreams studios. We worked through various ideas and she kind enough to bring outfits for one particular idea I outlined in our preshoot comms. Really enjoyed our time together and now I just need to edit the images we captured and choose the ones to publish. Going to be hard limit myself to a sensible number as they are all good!

It was wonderful to finally meet Maleficent for the first time recently, after being a big fan of her work previously.

She's such a friendly and approachable person and her passion for creating beautiful images is more than apparent.

Hopefully we'll see Maleficent back at Saracen House again soon.

This time I went to Maleficent’s home, Maleficent had good comns and came to meet me at the station! In this shoot we shot for 2 hours, we managed several outfits and made use of the entire space.

Maleficent was patient with me as i figured out how to photograph indoors for the first time in awhile and she modelled effortlessly, posing & expression was incredible!

Highly recommend and have a few ideas for future shoots!

I had a fantastic shoot with Maleficent last week. I was a bit nervous because it's been a while since I used my camera but Mal was very chill and reassuring. She is not only gorgeous but also kind and patient. She is amazing at pulling interesting poses, expressions and moods which makes it super easy to work with. Mal is also super creative and if needed/ wanted will contribute ideas to make the best of the shoot

What a total delight "Maleficent" is!

We met for the first time last weekend when she posed for one of my "Strangetown Shoots" events (which sold out within hours).

Great comms at all stages. Arrived early with a wonderful range of outfits that aligned perfectly with the theme ideas I'd provided.

She worked so well with the group of photographers and changed quickly between sets. My only regret is that I didn't have more time "on camera" myself because she is one of those models who makes it impossible to get a bad shot.

We'll definitely be seeing her here again.

I had the pleasure of meeting and working with the delightful Maleficent yesterday at Image Red Studio. Our first shoot together but defiantly not our last. Mel is an absolute star and a real trooper. Despite having a horrible journey from London and being delayed for over an hour (through no fault of her own), Mel still made it to the studio and myself and the two other photographers had an excellent 3 hour shoot with her. A thoroughly enjoyable and productive shoot with lots of different ideas and set ups, ranging from fashion, lingerie, portraiture to art nude. Mel is a delight to work with, friendly, easy to talk to with a lovely personality and a good sense of humour, not to mention her fabulous hair and eyes. She poses freely with no need for direction but responds perfectly when asked. A beautiful professional, creative and hard working model who is focused on delivering the very best images for everyone.

Highly recommend to all photographers and studio owners. If you have the opportunity to shoot with Maleficent, don’t hesitate, book a shoot with her right away. You’ll be very happy that you did.

The lovely Maleficent joined us today for her first studio day and workshop with us. Fantastic model, lovely lady and such a pleasure to have in the studio.

It was a long day but she showed enthusiasm and energy throughout.

Maleficent was the model at a lighting workshop at Fine and DanDee Studio. the workshop set us up with three different lighting arrangements with left Maleficent helping us to interpret how to get the best out of each.

In short, she was superb. She is a great model, and very responsive to suggestion. She is very photogenic. She is very experienced, so her knowledge of how to pose to suit the conditions made it so easy to get fantastic photographs. She is such a nice woman. It makes it easy for both beginners and experienced photographers alike to get some tremendous images. And hats off to her energy levels. She was asked to pose for three intense hours, switching from person to person every five minutes, in an enormous range of poses and switching into three outfits. Very highly recommended.

I have admired Maleficent's work one this site for sometime so it was lovely to meet and work with her in person yesterday. I was very impressed: Maleficent is clearly a talented model who I now wish I had worked with before now! It was my first time working with her, although her outstanding reputation had preceded her through the fantastic work she has done with others.

Maleficent and I had worked together once before on a group shoot organised by another photographer, but this was our first time working 1-to-1 - I'm annoyed with myself it's taken me so long to book a shoot with her!

Communication beforehand was easy and clear, and she arrived at the station on time and ready to go (more than could be said for me!). Once settled in to the studio we got started - firstly some clothing items that Maleficent had brought and then some that I had myself. She worked collaboratively with me to get the shots that I wanted to achieve and took direction very well. Not only that but it was easy to chat and build a rapport with her as we worked through our sets.

Maleficent went the extra mile by squeezing herself into a disobedient latex catsuit for a particular set and then made it look effortless. I'm very pleased with the images we got and can't wait to work with Maleficent again!

Maleficent has been on my radar for a few years. I saw her casting and booked. Pre shoot coms were excellent. The plan was to shoot at her apartment then go out into the streets. This went as per planned. Maleficent was a wonderful young lady to work with and i would and will book again without any hesitation.
