UPDATE

I don't use PP much these days due to time constraints, and am more likely to shoot with a photographer I have previously worked with (again, due to time and planning). Apologies if I don't reply to your message - it will be because I have not been online.

Hello!

I am a self taught makeup artist, costume designer/constructor and model. I enjoy doing all of these things! I have been creating costumes for myself and friends for a few years now, and run a full time business selling the jewellery, wings and headdresses that I make.

Ideally, I would like to model my own costumes/designs, as I am tight on time these days. I am particularly keen to work with a photographer who has similar ideas to me.

My main interests/skills lie in vintage/period fashion, whimsical/circus/alternative and Pagan/fantasy/fairy tale.

Most of the photos on my profile are taken and edited by myself or a friend (unless stated otherwise) - we do not consider ourselves photographers. I am therefore looking to work with a photographer! Let me know if you will be interested in collaborating.

HOW I WORK:

I currently work TFP, and I would ideally need you to be happy for me to use the images in my Etsy shop, if I am wearing something that I am selling (ie, jewellery, wings or headdress). Of course you will be credited in the listing, and feel free to watermark away.

I'm not driving at the moment, which means you would need to be able to travel to me or live fairly locally - it is hard to travel on public transport with so many costume and makeup bits! I am also very likely to have a chaperone with me. It makes me feel safer when meeting and travelling to remote locations with strangers, plus I find an extra person brings more laughs and lightheartedness to a shoot - and an extra pair of hands is always helpful!

If we are doing a shoot where I have created an elaborate costume myself and spent a lot of time on making, I will request that my chaperone brings my camera along and takes a few photos behind the scenes of my costume - this is so I have a few photos of my own that I can use in portfolio, or practice editing on myself, as I am still learning to use Photoshop and wish to develop my skills. I do not wish to tread on anyone's creative toes, so let me know if you are not happy with this, as it is not essential - I would just like to.

Thanks!

Rosanna
