Been looking at shooting Ivory for some time so was really pleased ahen she came as a last minute stand in for PGD Basford Hurst Cottage shoot a truly awesome model

I was very fortunate today to have had my fourth shoot with Ivory Flame today, this was in person at her lovely home location, we've previously had 2 remote shoots from her home and one in person at Aura photographic studio. She was yet again absolutely outstanding, pre-shoot coms were simple clear and straightforward - all that you need, we had a great idea of what we were aiming for.

Ivory is simply one of the best, she is super creative, highly professional, seriously artistic and elegant. She is also a very kind , empathetic, caring and easy to get along with. She has a terrific wardrobe and prop set to choose from, she has an incredible range of poses with which she gives great thought and insight baring in mind the set, the light and what the photographer is aiming for. She so easy to get along with, she has superb creative ideas requiring little direction but she is also superb in drawing direction from the photographer encouraging ideas and giving a great deal of confidence. She has a superb, outstanding work ethic.

I absolutely recommend her to any photographer be they professional, amateur or hobbyist. You simply can't go wrong.

A true artist.

I had a chance to arrange a second shoot with Holly, this time at her home set up. This allowed me to watch Holly's meticulous preparation of the set (a small but astonishingly creative space) that she was able to change and adapt as we worked our way through a range of themes. Subtle changes made dramatic impacts on the shots we were getting and it goes withouth saying that Holly made each set come spectacularly to life with beautiful and elegant posing.

We had planned to do a split shoot with some time outdoors, but the ideas kept flowing so well that we only had a brief foray beyond the studio! 4 hours had flown by!

But enough about me...let's talk about Holly (Ivory Flame).

We arranges a very short notice location shoot, following a cancellation, and I'm so glad Holly stepped in.

She's an absolute joy to work with, as well as being incredibly professional. She came prepared with a huge bag full of dress's and accessories, and didn't mind a long and hot walk, up hill and down dale.

Conversation was natural and light hearted throughout the morning, and she made the best of every location we stopped at.

She instinctively just finds the right pose for the dress she's wearing, and the location. Her choice of colours and textures contrasted beautifully with the natural hues of the nature park, and the resulting images are fabulous to behold.

I would recommend her to any photographer looking for a dynamic, imaginative and professional model, and I'll happily work with her again, any time.

I had such an unbelievably fantastic shoot at Tank Space last Sunday with the stunningly beautiful Holly together with the equally beautiful Cariad Celis. Holly's pre-comms were excellent as always. I have shot with Holly over many years and all have been brilliant and this shoot was truly exceptional and one of the best yet. We shot some floaty dresses and some nudes with drapes both with Holly individually and also duo shoots with Cariad. Each set was wonderful resulting in some great images. Holly created some beautiful shapes and styles throughout. Not only is Holly such a brilliant model but one of the most lovely, kind and considerate people. Very Highly recommended. Thank you again so much Holly for yet another wonderful photographic experience.

I am losing count on how many shoots with Holly, this was a response for a shoot at Guys Cliffe, and having applied earlier in the week started to pray the weather would be kind to us. Holly had bought a range of her usual gowns as requested from her wardrobe, one of these was a fabulous antique outfit from America and it was a first time used at a shoot, and thank goodness the weather allowed her to wear it. Holly is a true professional either as a model or a photographer many thanks again for the time and location a very happy :) TOG

It's hard to know where to start with writing a review for Holly... How do review someone who is so accomplished? She's someone who I have known for a while but strangely have only shot together twice now, and yesterday was our first 1:1 shoot. First up, Holly is naturally creative, it's in her DNA and that side of her is what appeals the most. But she is also just a lovely happy person, someone who genuinely gets a kick out of other people's happiness. Another very infectious quality.

We met at the Belt Craft Studios in London that she had organised for a half day shoot. She brought loads of outfits that we had discussed before hand and we worked through a variety of them, picking out interesting backgrounds together as we went along. I enjoy dipping back into a past of 90's fashion which arguably is a bit off brand for Holly but being the pro she is, she was quickly in the groove and making the shots her own.

It was a delight shooting with Holly, the studio, the outfits the general camaraderie was all so very memorable and the resulting photos are as brilliant as Holly is.

I also learned a lot in our post shoot catch up. I shall be watching out for Holly on a book cover here and there as I travel ☺️

In Search of That Perfect Shot..............

Had another remote shoot with Ivory Flame and it was a really enjoyable experience. She had the perfect set arranged and we spent the first few minutes choosing the costumes and tweaking the set etc. The time went really fast but I got a fair few fabulous shots of Holly. She is very organised and a delight to work with. Thank you Holly for a lovely couple of hours, best wishes Jann

I recently hosted Holly at my studio to work on 2 photography sets. The aim was to create two types of images, fast flowing and creative photography for composite work and fine art portraiture.

It was delightful to meet Holly aka Ivory Flame once again as we had briefly worked together on a few occasions and I has the pleasure of creating some unique images with her.

Holly’s depth of experience was invaluable and her eye for detail gives your work that extra dimension. Holly has poise,charisma and energy all of which transforms your photography to another level.

It’s very easy to work with her as she can communicate her ideas easily yet quickly understand yours, so you both become a team which enables you both to achieve so much more.

Pre discussions were excellent and the use of her web page to select wardrobe made planning the shoot simple.

On the day of the shoot we both quickly established a rapport as Holly is such a lovely and personable model. The day was highly successful and well beyond my expectations, a truly enjoyable experience working with such a talented and professional person.

There is little doubt Holly is a leader in her field and it was a privilege to work with her, an experience I hope to repeat soon.

Basford Hurst Cottage Photography Location

Holly came back to Basford Hurst Cottage to shoot with Cariad on their sold out studio day.

It is always a pleasure to see Holly at Basford - She is always well organised, easy to talk to and a really wonderful model.

I'm very happy. I got to work with Ivory Flame again. This time at Basford Hurst Cottage studio, where she was working with Cariad Cellis. We were trying to work out when we started shooting together. It's been a long time. I always love working with Holly. She is so knowledgeable and I rarely leave without having learned something new. I never leave without some great images either, to which Holly's creative contribution is usually greater than mine.

Everybody knows how good Holly is and is aware of her status at the absolute top of her profession. She, therefore, has no need whatsoever for this reference but here it is anyway. I just wanted to show my respect to a great person.

My latest shoot with the wonderful Holly was at the amazing Basford Hurst Studio last Saturday. And what an amazing shoot it was with Holly and Cariad Celis. Holly is such a stunning model, such a great and kind person, and is instrumental in creating some very creative images. Each time we shoot together it just gets better and better and Holly looks more and more beautiful and stunning. Very highly recommended to all photographers. Thank you so much Holly for another amazingly brilliant shoot.

Having shot with her remotely several times during 2020 and 2021, I recently had my first opportunity to shoot in person with Holly recently when I booked to shoot with her at PGD Studios during a trip to the East Midlands in June. Pre shoot communications were excellent as we discussed my ideas for the shoot and decided on the outfits I wanted to shoot and she was very receptive to my ideas. On the day of the shoot she was kind enough to offer me a lift from the train station to the studio (and back afterwards) and the shoot went extremely well with us conversing well and exchanging ideas throughout with her offering her own suggestions and creative ideas, building upon the ideas I had to come with to create some truly stunning images. In particular she contributed the ideas that really elevated the set we shot with a light orb into something truly special with some truly ethereal and otherworldly images resulting from the set. Post shoot communications were also excellent. I am very grateful to have had the chance to shoot with Holly in person and am very happy with the images we produced together. I cannot recommend Holly enough and suggest that if you have the opportunity to shoot with her you take it.

A professional at the top of the industry, with over 800 shining references what is new to say about Holly other than if you haven't worked with her yet you are missing out!

I always break a smile when I know we have Holly joining us, as I know some more stunning work is about to be created.

This time she travelled to join us at Basford Hurst Cottage and posed all day long on one of our creative photography events.

Highly recommended, always responsive, great communications, and such a lovely beautiful soul.

What can I say that everyone below hasn't already said, Holly is modelling royalty and I have pinch myself sometimes that I get to work with her.

I have worked with Holly in the past on various group shoot events, remotely and recently 121 shoots which this was one,I organised the shoot at Scorpion Residence in Kettering (a studio that i hadn't worked at before but Holly had) She kindly picked me up from the station on her way to the studio and dropped me of on her way home later, after an amazing shoot at this studio full of natural light. So what was a 4hr shoot just seemed to fly by again with 3o'clock finish coming up all to soon when studio owner Lee returned. I had packed up all my gear when Holly said come and see the light in this room and out came the camera again, when you work with model of this caliber who knows a thing or two then it helps.The images we got are just amazing. So all I can say thank you Holly very much highly recommended by me and hopefully I will organise another shoot before the end of the year.

I have worked with Ivory Flame many times over the years and always look forward to my next shoot.

This time we shot at Basford Hurst Cottage Studio and worked on pre-Raphaelite style images, which Ivory does wonderfully well. We discussed costumes and ideas beforehand and Ivory brought along a selection of beautiful pieces that fitted the themes. We shot both inside and outside in the studio grounds and created some wonderful images.

It is always a joy to work with Ivory and look forward to our next shoot. Very highly recommended.

Was excited to shoot wit Holly at Basford Hurst Cottage, a new place for me to shoot and who better to do that with than Holly. We had worked together quite a few times so we know how we both worked. We shot with natural light and used indoors and outside the building and also the woods. Holly is easy to get along with and patient too, and comes up with some ideas to help.

Highly recommend shooting with this young lady, you will not be disappointed.
