It was my birthday this Thursday. I went into it feeling fabulous from seeing the tremendous shots David and I created just a few hours earlier. Really enjoyed his style of photography. BlingShot studios was an awesome natural location too.

David and I shot a few weeks ago, and I had such a great time. He's very easy to work with, very respectful and kind, the photos were amazing, and I can't wait to work with him again! :-)

David attended a PBD run by Andrew Appleton and Saracen House, for which I was modelling. He was in the first group I worked with on the day and was very easy going and friendly - I thoroughly enjoyed the shoot.

I look forward to working together again in the future.

I shot with David again yesterday after shooting with him several times before. We had a good shoot and chatted away as usual. David is so friendly and pleasure to work with. We shot at Saracen house this time, as David is always happy to travel to where convention to shoot. He always has great communication prior to the shoot as well. Hope to work with David again quite soon. Also look forward to seeing a few images! :)

I had my second shoot with David yesterday. This time we shot at my home. David's pre comms were good. He's friendly and very talkative. The shoot went well and the time flew by. I would work with David again.

I had my second shoot with David a few days a go and it was great, as the first one :)

He treats the model with respect and has a nice sense of humour. He made me feel very relaxed through the shoot and took some really nice pictures which I really look forward to see.

Today I finally got to work with the fabulous David Ballard after a good while of trying to set up a shoot. And I was over the moon with the day! David picked me up from the station and dropped me off again, and he took me to a fantastic studio, David was chatty and ever so easy to work with he made me feel extremely comfortable and right at home straight away. We were meant to just work on some fashion shots which instead lead to incredible lighting for silhouette shots, I am so pleased with the images from today and can't wait to see the finale.

I would definitely recommend David to any model whether they are new to the game or full time.

Thank you for an amazing shoot today, I'm very much looking forward until the next time.

Capture a Nomad

Last week and an amazing shoot with David, a pure gent providing us with a beautiful studio at Saracen's house at Milton Keynes .

Davis makes you feel more than at home when shooting, has a great eyes and provides some gorgeous photographs to which I cannot wait to receive.

Highly recommend this photographer to everyone.

I finally got to shoot with David last week after about 12 months of corresponding!! And it was well worth the wait!! David is a lovely guy, a true gentleman, incredibly personable and treats his models with the utmost respect. David came along with clear ideas of what he wanted to shoot and we worked through these in a relaxed manner. He is a great photographer, both technically and creatively and his ability to give direction and put a model at ease are second to none. I would wholeheartedly recommend David and very much look forward to working with him again. Thank you :)

After a long time of not getting round to working with each other, I finally had the pleasure of meeting and working with David at a Duo Day I did with Artemis Fauna.

David is such a joy to work with - he's so chatty and funny, I felt relaxed around him from the very moment I met him. He's good fun and full of ideas, it's just a shame we only had a short time to work together. I'd happily work with David again in an instant!

David is a really good professional. It was a pleasure shooting with him. Very confortable and really nice environment at the studio. Lovely to talk with, taking care of all details before meeting and taking care of you at all times at the shoot, he is a big photographer. Had my first shoot with David this week and would recommend him. Great communication, so planning and getting to the shoot was easy. He was easy to work with, considerate, and open to my ideas as well as having plenty of ideas of his own. David is a true Gentlemen, fantastic before, during and after the shoot. Made me feel comfortable throughout and ws very professional. Hopefully working with him again soon after our last shoot around a year ago! Highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of shooting with David at the Kris Karl natural light workshop this weekend. Shooting with him was an absolute breeze. He is very polite and considerate of his model and he can give direction when needed, as well as feeding ideas off the model.

i worked with David again on tuesday and we had another lovely shoot, he is kind and polite at all times and we got some fab images, we are already planning another shoot, i would recommend working with David xx

I worked with David for two days, it was an absolute honer. He is such a kind, fantasic person as well as photographer. Very pleased with the shots I have received and also had two very pleasant days working with David.
