My first ( and hopefully not my last) shoot at Aura studios was fantastic. I already knew how good the studio was having visited before , and seeing feedback on social media and on pp just made me want to shoot there. I had a duo shoot with pjelise and photographer Max Kay. Nothing was to much trouble, from Laura and Rob and the range of props available made it so easy to go from set to set. At the end we spontaneously did a burlesque style set with the feather fans that are in the props section. That was fun.

If you haven’t shot there before , why not, it’s such a welcoming place to shoot at, with multiple areas that are set up and ready to go.

I LOVE THIS STUDIO! Great location, great setups, great snacks, and run by amazing people! A relaxed but professional atmosphere, Laura the owner is hugely passionate about photography and that shows in the care and attention to detail, as well as the expertise, shown throughout the studio and from her and others there. What a lovely studio! Brilliant space for models to set up there stuff in the dressing room. Lovely set ups and run by such kind people. I always had a cuppa of tea throughout the day!!!

Had a great shoot today at Aura Studio, the staff there make you feel welcome and are more than happy to give help and advice if needed (thanks Rob). They have plenty of space and different sets to choose from which includes a large infinity curve as well as some great props. If you are looking for a studio with a friendly relaxed atmosphere with plenty of choice for different sets then look no further. I already have another shoot booked at Aura and I'm looking forward to my next visit. Thanks guys.

I had my first visit to Aura studio last weekend, I organised a sixties event with Adrian crook for the saturday and then a model studio day on the Sunday.

Absolutely love the studio, so much space, great equipment, lots of sets, backdrops to choose from, amazing dressing room, the studio caters for all you're photography needs.

The studio is great for running workshops/events as you have so much space and facilities to cater for a big group, yet it is still warm and comfortable. Laura and Rob are such great host and lovely people, they make you feel comfortable from the off and can't do enough for you.

I would 100% recommend the studio to all creatives out there and I can't wait to go back.

I had my first visit to this excellent studio recently for a model evening! Laura is an excellent host, her and Rob made me really welcome throughout my evening there and really looked after me. The studio is a wonderful creative space with so many options! Laura and Rob both were so helpful when requested, setting things up, helping with lighting and even with my bags on the way out (as ever I wildly over-packed!!). The model changing room is well equipped and warm, and the main shoot space heated up quick with that high-powered heater in there - after an hour I had to ask for it to be turned off! I only used the curve and a selection of props on this shoot but very much looking forward to many return visits (first one next week, in fact!) and exploring more of the many shoot sets there! Highly recommended by me. Thanks Laura - and see you next week!

My second visit to Aura studios yesterday will not be my last.

I'd pitched a request to Laura in advance and she fully embraced the idea, even offering additional props and ideas if needed - nothing was too much trouble.

On arrival was met with a welcome cuppa, whilst ideas finalised and set put together. A huge variety of sets available (with a new set being prepared), plenty of props and backdrops and a huge wardrobe - you will not leave without being inspired.

Enough lighting options to cover all your needs - and nothing is too much trouble for either Laura or Rob, moving lights and providing a spare pair of hands when needed.

Aura is one of the best studios I've visited, just wish it was closer.

This studio is honestly one of the best I've worked at - run by a model who has model safety firmly at the heart of this wonderful establishment, Laura is the also an amazing host, a whizz with lights and a talented body painter!

The sets are beautiful and always being updated, so many genres and even different historical decades you can shoot there - when Tinkerbella and I had our recent duo day at Aura, a sixties set to a Victorian set are just some of the countless sets that have been created there ♥

Rob is also a star, helping set up advanced and funky lighting,with his massive wealth of knowledge!

I love this studio and I really hope I get to work there again before I retire :)

This was my first shoot at Aura. It is a long way from me, but had riginally arranged a shared shoot where the other photographer had chosen Aura as he was a regular customer there. When that shoot did not materialise, I kept on the booking as I wanted to try it out and chose to shoot with Tillie Feather and Leon Lift in lieu.

Pre-shoot comms were excelent with Laura. The studio is a large, flexible and well equiped space. On the day, Laura had arranged Rob to greet us and look after us. Rob and Laura were excelent hosts, friendly and attentive, available yet not intrusive.

It is very easy to recommend Aura Studio, I only wish I was not so far away from it.

Thank you Laura for looking after us so well during our shoot.

I’ve just finished my third midweek studio day at Aura. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, happy to help both with lighting and staging without issue and I can’t recommend this studio high enough.

I won’t be hesitating to book here again!

I recently had the opportunity to shoot at Aura for the third time, and as usual, the experience was lovely in every way! The space itself is amazing, with tons of sets and backgrounds for finding just the right look to shoot against. The prices are incredibly reasonable, and the staff is helpful and kind. As I have grown in my confidence and abilities, they always take the extra time it takes to help me get set up, fully explain any feature or equipment I’m unfamiliar with, and make me feel comfortable shooting in my own style. Finally, you simply can’t pass up the opportunity to accept a cuppa from Laura, the owner. She is a gracious host, and a joy to work with. I can wholeheartedly offer this studio my highest recommendation to photographers and models alike!

I had my first shoot at aura the other day and I most say what a great studio it is with helpful, knowledgeable staff more then happy to help. I attended the midweek model workshop which was well run and had to amazing models, then had a 1-2-1 shoot and run out of time before using a quarter of the studio. Highly recommended

I have had a few shoots at Aura of late, club nights, mid week models and a studio day, so I though it about time I left another reference!

Every time I visit I am reminded of what a friendly and relaxing place it is. There are a variety of sets and backdrops that are constantly being refreshed or switched so it is never quite the same studio on repeat visits.

Add to this helpful organisers and fellow photographers and a ready supply of tea and it makes an almost perfect environment, just add biscuits and I would probably move in.

Has been a number of years since I shot at Aura studio but its still one of my favourite local studio spaces! Great location with everything you need and lovely and warm inside unlike some other studios. Laura and Rob are super friendly and welcoming and was very impressed with the range of sets, backdrops and props available to use upstairs. Totally recommend it and look forward to my next shoot at the studio later this month! Ta x

Worked at Aura studio for the first time whilst in the area last week!

It is an incredible studio! So many different sets available where you can create so many different looks :)

The changing area is fabulous and the studio is kept lovely and warm!

Laura is a fantastic host too and I really enjoyed my day there :D

Hope to return at some point in the future!

I love working here... It has to be my favourite studio!

Its the first time i have shot here since the new owner has taken over... Its still the same great studio, loads of variety of sets/props etc...

Absolutely the right mix of support available (if you want it) and being left to get on with it!

Huge array of light and modifiers... Everything you could want (in my opinion)

Cant recommend this place highly enough!
