I stopped smoking a couple of years ago. I was on another forum and somebody suggested it and a few of us joined up and supported each other. Having somewhere to discuss things in the early days definitely helped me.
I stopped for 14 months....and then started again 6 months ago.
Grrr.
I know I can do it again - anyone want to join and share tips and give each other support?
Stoptober starts Wednesday October 1st - seems like a good idea for me to try again - anyone want to join me?
