Reference tick boxes...

Hey Russ, I emailed you about this just a few hours ago (thanks for your reply), but as it seems a recurring problem I'd thought I'd add something here as a suggestion...

I have a couple of references now which clearly recommend me in the text but which don't 'officially' recommend me, as the photographers leaving them forgot to tick the 'would you recommend this member' box (they just skipped ahead to write the comments). So at the top of my reference list it says I'm not recommended in all my references (when I am). 

I'd suggest a two part process, where the reference leaver FIRST has to say 'yes' or 'no' (or tick or not tick) such a box, and THEN leaves further comments in a second window. Think that would avoid the problem of skipping the tick-box step. Otherwise it seems like leaving a nice glowing reference is enough, when it apparently isn't.
